We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre-Trial Litigation Attorney to enhance our legal team. This position is pivotal in managing intricate litigation matters autonomously, overseeing junior staff, and maintaining direct communication with clients.
The ideal candidate will possess between 7 to 10 years of relevant experience and is poised to advance their professional journey. A personal client portfolio is not a prerequisite for this role.
This position offers a competitive compensation package, inclusive of health benefits with employer contributions, a 401k plan, profit-sharing opportunities, flexible remote work options, and a substantial bonus structure.
Compensation:Approximately $150,000 annually, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive legal research.
- Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
- Evaluate client requirements, devise solutions, and formulate case strategies.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients by assessing their needs and recommending appropriate actions.
- Represent clients in court and advocate on their behalf during legal proceedings.
- Must be licensed to practice in New York State.
- Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills are essential.
- A minimum of 7 years of litigation experience is required.
