We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our Tax Advisory Group at Anglin Reichmann Armstrong, P.C. Our firm is rapidly expanding our Winter Haven, Florida office and is looking for driven individuals to be a part of our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international tax laws and regulations.
- Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize cash flow for clients or the organization.
- Conduct detailed tax research to support tax compliance and strategy decisions.
- Perform complex reconciliations and write-ups of the general ledger.
- Mentor staff members and provide guidance, training, and support to help them develop their skills and grow professionally.
- Minimum of 2 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm.
- Strong communication, technical, and management skills.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with preparation of complex federal and state income tax returns.
- Basic tax knowledge including: Individual, Corporate, Pass-Through Entities, Tax Research Skills, Tax Planning & Advisement.
