Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Lumiere Children's Therapy is seeking an exceptional patient-focused Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team. This full-time position will include working with private clients, preschools, and private schools.

We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience and a willingness to grow in the role. The ideal candidate will have Speech Language Pathology Assistant (STA) Licensure in the State of Illinois.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address client skill levels and provide interventions as designated on treatment plans.
  • Select and adapt speech therapy treatment models to direct intervention processes.
  • Apply interventions to maximize performance in all areas of need.
  • Provide parent caregiver education.
  • Observe and report progress on long-term and short-term treatment goals.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
  • A strong belief in making a lasting impact on children through skilled practice.
