Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy successful sales and marketing strategies with clients and prospects.
- Manage overall client relationship, driving consistent and predictable profitability, client satisfaction, and organic growth.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge necessary to communicate solutions effectively.
- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis, targeting companies within our defined market.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the discovery process (sales due diligence) and conceptual presentation, promoting EPIC's competitive differentiation and specific solutions tailored to each prospect.
- Collaborate with leaders in selecting appropriate teams to conduct prospect sales presentations, including subject matter experts and account management staff.
- Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis.
- Pursue strategic thinking and innovation based on knowledge of the market, carriers, and products.
- A licensed professional with 5+ years of insurance brokerage sales experience or related business-to-business sales experience.
- Strong understanding of a specific specialty – Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, Risk Management, Private Client, or other specific insurance vertical.
- Executive presence with superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong COI within your specific market.
