Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care, utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, CNAs, Paramedics, Secretaries, and Providers, to deliver exceptional care.
- Work in a dynamic 17-bed Emergency Department with a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio, providing a wide variety of patient experiences.
- Participate in high-quality emergency medical care, working alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced setting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- AHA ACLS and AHA PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
- Handle With Care certification required within 90 days of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
