We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with various special needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Manage and supervise a small caseload of 4-6 clients
- Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Provide supervision through team meetings and observations
- Consult with families regarding treatment, behavior modification, and staff support
- Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, and instructional methods
- Proficient in technology, including Office 365, Microsoft Office, and ABA software platforms
- Ability to meet the demands of the job, including standing, sitting, and lifting
- Attractive benefits package
