Job Title: Radiology Imaging Specialist

LRS Healthcare - Imaging is seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist for a travel opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team for a 13-week assignment. As a Radiology Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Document patient information and imaging results accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or equivalent
  • Experience with diagnostic imaging procedures and equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
