Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our fiber-optic network, ensuring a superior customer experience. Key duties include:

• Installing fiber-optic cables and equipment in residential and commercial settings
• Troubleshooting service issues to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and reporting any incidents or concerns
• Providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to lift, climb, and work in all types of weather conditions
• Willingness to work at heights (poles, roofs, towers)
