Job Description:

As a Track Laborer at Union Pacific, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our rail infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting railroad tracks and track beds for defects or issues
  • Removing and replacing rails, rail anchors, spikes, ballast, ties, and other components as needed
  • Loading and moving track materials and equipment from rail cars, carts, or trucks
Working Conditions:

You will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to noise, vibrations, and physical demands. Regular safety training and equipment maintenance are provided to ensure your well-being.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes regular raises and opportunities for advancement within the company.
