Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Adhere to attendance standards as required by scheduling needs.
- Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform.
- Follow Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Meet certification requirements relevant to the position, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Safety.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Complete preparatory tasks and side work to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Understand the Banquet Event Order and menu details for assigned functions.
- Serve guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner according to hotel standards.
- Address guest issues, complaints, and incidents, referring to management when necessary.
- Stay informed about current hotel policies and procedures.
- Be knowledgeable about fire exits, extinguisher locations, and safety protocols.
- Keep the banquet storage area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Clear banquet areas post-event and ensure proper storage and restocking of equipment.
- Exhibit attentiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness towards guests and team members.
- Understand the hotel's organizational structure and departmental functions.
- Handle Lost and Found items according to established standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
- Participate in meetings as required by management.
