  • Complete preparatory tasks and side work to ensure prompt and efficient service.
  • Understand the Banquet Event Order and menu details for assigned functions.
  • Serve guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner according to hotel standards.
  • Address guest issues, complaints, and incidents, referring to management when necessary.
  • Stay informed about current hotel policies and procedures.
  • Be knowledgeable about fire exits, extinguisher locations, and safety protocols.
  • Keep the banquet storage area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Clear banquet areas post-event and ensure proper storage and restocking of equipment.
  • Exhibit attentiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness towards guests and team members.
  • Understand the hotel's organizational structure and departmental functions.
  • Handle Lost and Found items according to established standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • Participate in meetings as required by management.
