Position Overview

Role Summary

Centurion Managed Care is dedicated to delivering comprehensive healthcare solutions within correctional facilities. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist specializing in Sexual Offender Rehabilitation to become a vital member of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate therapeutic group sessions for individuals with sexual offenses.
  • Maintain accurate therapeutic documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • At least one year of experience working with the sexual offender population is preferred.
  • Completion of 50 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) related to Sexual Offender treatment is advantageous.
  • Possession of an active Independent Missouri license in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
  • Licensure supervision is available if necessary.
  • Experience in conducting group therapy sessions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with forensic or court-ordered client populations is beneficial.
  • Experience utilizing motivational interviewing techniques is a plus.
  • A strong commitment to preventing sexual violence and enhancing community safety is essential.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Remote Work

This position offers a hybrid remote work model after training, allowing for two days of remote work from home.
