We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant in Training. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist licensed dentists with basic dental procedures, adhering to state regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by providing exceptional patient care and ensuring patient satisfaction.
  • Learn and implement proper infection control procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Complete radiographs and intra-oral pictures under the direction of the dentist, ensuring compliance with radiation safety protocols.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, execute procedures efficiently, and ensure a smooth handoff to the front desk.
  • Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care as directed by the dentist.
  • Record patient charting and treatment notes in the digital patient chart.
  • Support patient care by presenting treatment records, consents, and health history to the dentist prior to treatment.
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and other regulations, including OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, and HR policies.
Qualifications:
  • No prior dental experience is required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
