Job Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Skill-Acquisition and Behavior-Reduction Programs: Our clinicians design and implement programs to help clients acquire new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Research and Literature Review: Our clinicians stay up-to-date on the latest research and literature related to ABA therapy and autism.
  • Supervise and Train Clinical Staff: Our clinicians supervise and train RBTs and caregivers to ensure that clients receive high-quality care.
  • Conduct Assessments and Analyze Results: Our clinicians conduct assessments and analyze results to inform treatment plans and ensure that clients are making progress.
  • Write Progress Reports and Secure Funding: Our clinicians write progress reports to secure insurance funding and ensure that clients receive the care they need.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis: Our clinicians must hold a master's degree in ABA or a related field.
  • BCBA Certification: Our clinicians must be certified as Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
  • 2 Years of Experience in ABA: Our clinicians must have at least 2 years of experience working in the field of ABA therapy.
