The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Program Facilitator to lead groups of students through structured games and activities based on our Elevo curriculum. As a Program Facilitator, you will engage students in sports, games, and other activities that develop essential life skills, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Lead groups of students through structured games and activities based on the Elevo curriculum
  • Engage students in sports, games, and other activities that promote physical, mental, and academic well-being
  • Support students' behavioral management needs and provide positive role modeling
  • Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches to ensure seamless program implementation
  • Design and lead outdoor lessons that increase excitement about learning
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences
  • Ability to work with elementary and/or middle school kids
  • Confident management of groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance
  • Ability to improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to follow COVID-19 protocols
