About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic professional to contribute to Figma's mission of making design accessible to all. The Strategic Finance team plays a pivotal role in addressing key business challenges by managing financial resources, executing planning initiatives, and optimizing budget allocations. This position offers substantial visibility and engagement in critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary expert for Pigment, our enterprise planning software, ensuring its effective development and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the execution of the systems roadmap by prioritizing tasks, gathering requirements, managing timelines, conducting user testing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Work closely with the Strategic Finance and Data Science teams to create sophisticated financial forecasts and reporting mechanisms within Pigment.
- Design efficient systems, enhance data flows, implement transformative business processes, and ensure seamless tool integration.
- Establish best practices, enforce system controls, guarantee data integrity, and uphold data governance standards.
- Create informative dashboards and data visualizations to highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve user experience.
- Facilitate tool adoption and manage organizational change through comprehensive training, documentation, and resource development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems or technology consulting, particularly in finance systems.
- Demonstrated success in architecting or implementing financial systems such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or Pigment.
- Strong expertise in driving system enhancements, understanding financial concepts, and managing forecasting processes and KPIs.
- Proven ability to collaborate across various teams to optimize workflows and data management.
- Familiarity with connected planning systems and industry best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in SQL.
