About the Role

1st Care Family Medicine is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team of experienced professionals. As a key member of our primary care team, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive, whole-body care to our patients and contribute to the mission of bringing preventative care to the forefront.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in a primary care setting.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical teams, including physicians, APRNs, specialists, and medical assistants, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Utilize modern technology and testing procedures to provide preventative care, quality disease management, and patient education.
  • Promote excellent preventative medicine in the community and build trust with patients to create a community of healthier, happier individuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical standards, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited University.
  • Current valid license issued by the state in which you will practice.
  • AANP or ANCC national certification as Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • DEA licensure or ability to obtain.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience.
  • A strong sense of ethics and ability to act with integrity.
  • A willingness to be coached and trained by clinicians and supervising physicians.
  • A hunger to achieve financial success and independence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fully digitized office supporting genetic testing, blood testing, oral pathology screening, EKG, and ultrasound technology.
  • Experience partnering with clinical care teams to ensure high-quality care.
  • Proficiency working in EPIC EHR.
