About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Snowsports team as a Snowsports Desk Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless lesson scheduling, and fostering a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide outstanding customer service, respond promptly to guest inquiries, and ensure that all guest needs are met.
  • Lesson Scheduling: Schedule lessons, assign instructors, and ensure that lesson schedules work smoothly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Snowsports School Director and Supervisors to facilitate daily operations and achieve team goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of all Snowsports products and objectives, and be able to communicate this knowledge to guests.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old by December 1st of the current season.
  • Experience: Previous guest service experience preferred.
  • Availability: Availability during peak operating times, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer, word, and excel knowledge.
  • Snowsports Knowledge: Basic skiing and snowboarding knowledge a plus.
