Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team at Bruziv Partners LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing exceptional service to our tenants, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other building trades.
  • Work with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal property condition.
  • Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement capital improvement projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding promptly to their maintenance requests and concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a property management setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
