About the Role:
As a Dental Hygiene Specialist at Aspen Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team. Your expertise in periodontal care will enable you to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the doctor, utilizing the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines.
- Manage your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education.
- Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
