Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and maximize patient participation in planning and care.
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with clinical procedures and patient teaching.
  • Provide direction and guidance to non-licensed personnel, including clerical assistants and medical assistants.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
  • New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in good standing.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • 1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2+ years as a Medical Assistant in a pertinent practice area.
  • Experience in Pediatrics.
