Norman Regional Health System seeks a skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist to join our innovative cardiovascular program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth of our esteemed institution.
Job Summary:- Prepares equipment for procedures and maintains a sterile environment
- Supports new hires and radiology students in their professional development
- Maintains strong relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Our ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Radiographic or Cardiovascular Program, with relevant certifications and experience working in a Cath Lab setting. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and eager to grow with a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Prepare equipment before and during procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff
- Assess patient condition, prepare and position patients for imaging studies, and provide individualized care as needed
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, providing guidance and support in their professional development
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic or Cardiovascular Program
- Relevant certifications, such as ARRT (R) or RCIS
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab setting, preferably in a similar role
