We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in supporting the achievement of nursing center business goals by processing accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely in accordance with policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Assist with census, billing, month-end related activities, collections, processing of refunds, and patient/resident trust fund transactions.
- Complete Medical Assistance application tasks.
- Coordinate patient/resident ancillary charges and enter into billing system.
- Review patient/resident admission files for accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
