In this role, you will utilize your expertise to perform echocardiograms and vascular studies, providing valuable diagnostic information to physicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive echocardiography examinations, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain specialized ultrasound equipment effectively.
  • Analyze echocardiogram images and identify any abnormalities or structural issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings for physician review.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiology, or a related field.
  • Hold a valid New York State License for Echocardiography Technologists.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience as an EMT, CMA, or Medical Assistant is beneficial.
