Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit at Della Infotech. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar setting.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- ACLS and BCLS certification.
Work Environment: This is a full-time position in a short-term acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
