About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team at MRG Exams as a Disability Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
  • Review and analyze patient medical records, which are uploaded into a computer portal.
  • Perform Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests.
  • Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in the computer portal to provide medical evidence for the VA to decide veterans' benefits.
Requirements
  • Au.D degree from an ASHA Accredited school.
  • Current license as an Audiologist.
  • Credentialing requirements set forth by the VA Benefits.

Working Conditions

This is an IN-PERSON position that offers:

  • 1 hour to 1 hour & 30 minutes per patient.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
