**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy-Duty Tow Truck Operator to join our team at Bill's Towing and Recovery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and recovering vehicles in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Operate a heavy-duty tow truck to transport vehicles to and from our facility
* Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the tow truck to ensure it is in good working condition
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely and efficient completion of towing and recovery operations
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

**Requirements**

* 3+ years of experience as a commercial driver, with a focus on heavy-duty towing and recovery
* Valid CDL Class A license
* Current DOT Med Card
* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine maintenance on the tow truck
