We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Allied Universal Janitorial Services. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients by performing various cleaning and preservation tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Preservation: Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Waste Management: Empty and clean all waste containers, remove waste paper and garbage from the premises, and damp wipe containers.
- Facilities Maintenance: Clean and maintain facilities, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning entry door glass, and removing stains from vertical surfaces.
- Supply Management: Restock supplies in bathrooms and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial type position.
- Skills: Ability to follow written and oral directions, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $17.00 and a part-time schedule. As a Janitorial Specialist with Allied Universal Janitorial Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive team environment and contribute to the success of our company.
