  • Maximizing profitability by managing food costs, labor, and sales growth.
  • Effectively implementing operational plans and company initiatives.
  • Overseeing staffing with qualified personnel.
  • Training and developing Assistant Managers and Shift Managers.
  • Ensuring accurate completion of all necessary reports and documentation.
  • Engaging with the community for sales and public relations opportunities.
  • Representing Firehouse Subs in a professional manner.
  • Communicating effectively with the Area Manager regarding business impact issues.
  • Maintaining restaurant equipment and promptly reporting any issues.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Area Manager.

Firehouse Subs is a well-established fast-casual dining chain founded in 1994, recognized for its commitment to quality and service.
