In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing machinery. This full-time position is integral to our team and contributes significantly to our success.
- Oversee maintenance, diagnostics, and repair tasks on industrial machinery and assembly lines.
- Install, repair, and troubleshoot various components including programmable logic controllers, A/C and D/C drives, and control systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to optimize machine performance.
- Identify opportunities for equipment enhancements and upgrades.
- Ensure optimal equipment settings for high-quality product manufacturing.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical support to assist in repair tasks and adjustments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing context.
- Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and servo motors.
- Training in electronics or electromechanical repair is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on process improvement.
