As a Registered Nurse in our Med Surg Float Pool, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment. Your primary focus will be on implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring and recording patient condition, and communicating with the healthcare team as needed.

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and record patient condition, including vital signs and any changes in their condition.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assess and coordinate patient care needs with members of the healthcare team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
