Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse license in Ohio
- Completion of an advanced practice nursing program for Clinical Nurse Specialist or Certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine
- Certification from the Ohio Board of Nursing for advanced practice

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver medical care to patients at the facility under the guidance of the Chief Clinical Officer.
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, diagnose conditions, and formulate treatment strategies.
- Prescribe medications and manage treatments for both acute and chronic health issues.
- Monitor the health progress of patients and maintain precise medical documentation.
- Perform physical evaluations on patients and staff as necessary.
- Execute minor surgical interventions and refer patients for surgical evaluations when required.
- Provide education to patients and their families as appropriate.
- Stay informed on advancements in primary care and family medicine through ongoing education.
- Act as a medical consultant to psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with medical specialists to determine suitable care or treatment options for patients.
- Facilitate the admission, discharge, and readmission processes for patients referred for inpatient care.
- Ensure accurate documentation of medical services provided, including medical evaluations, admission and discharge records, and clinical findings.
- Provide necessary instructions and medical records to nursing staff and other personnel.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
