The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial part in our Hyundai Mobis team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve quality, prevent downtime, and reporting.

  • Prevent OEM downtime due to repair or exchange of parts.
  • Understand the OEM assembly process related to MOBIS Georgia modules.
  • Provide daily reports to Management of Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review data for KMMG field warranty claims to determine responsibility and meet with KMMG QA department on a regular basis to resolve issues.
  • Analyze and review warranty and field claims activities and reports.
  • Analyze and review CS1000 data and reports.
  • Develop and implement program/activities to improve field warranty claim issues.
