We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering compassionate and transformative healing presence within our communities.
About the PositionThis is a part-time opportunity working 24-hour night shifts, every other weekend and holiday. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a minimum of one year of experience preferred. You will assist in creating and managing nursing care plans, participating in patient evaluations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program; BSN graduate preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts
- BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications required within six months of hire; TNCC certification preferred
- At least one year of experience in a hospital setting
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base compensation, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
