Chandler Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in the CV Tele D2 unit. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our experienced healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including post-cath lab and post-vascular procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in unit-specific orientation and training programs to ensure knowledge of unit policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a cardiovascular or telemetry setting.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Current licensure in the state of Arizona or compact state.
- Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam upon offer (with 2 max attempts).
12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm, with every other weekend requirement.
Unit Information- 32-bed CV Tele D2 unit.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- 1:3-4 patient-to-nurse ratio.
- Charge Nurse and Clinical Supervisor on site.
