Job Title: HVAC Estimator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team at GPAC. As an HVAC Estimator, you will be responsible for providing solutions and pricing for commercial, institutional, and industrial HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Working with general contractors and customers to provide solutions and pricing for HVAC projects
• Estimating HVAC, Refrigeration, Sheet Metal, Controls, Hydronics, and other related trades
• Managing submittals, attending jobsite meetings, and assessing facilities with clients
• Issuing and tracking purchase orders, maintaining job schedules, and estimating change orders and bulletins
• Pulling and managing permits, managing project closeouts, and scheduling jobs with subcontractors

Requirements:
• 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC estimating experience
• Ability to read prints, perform proper take-offs, and understand equipment/duct/pipe sizing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
