Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to pediatric and adult patients with medical fragility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate colleagues on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Participate in conference sessions to stay updated on best practices
- Utilize electronic medical records to document patient information
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted, and verifiable nursing license
- At least one year of clinical experience in pediatric or adult direct patient care
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build rapport with staff, patients, and team members
