Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned IT Business Architect with extensive experience in developing and maintaining business process documentation, requirements, and technical designs. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new technologies that drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed business process diagrams and documentation for all lottery applications and interdependencies
  • Evaluate and analyze change requests, system impacts, and alternative solutions
  • Assess business scope, complexities, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into well-documented, high-quality requirements, functional designs, and system specifications
  • Support testing to ensure that requirements are tested and traced in the RTM
  • Determine relevance and potential value of new technologies to support business objectives and strategies
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Business Architecture, software engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
