Abrazo West Campus is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team in a full-time day position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Coordinate care planning with other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Act as a supervisor, assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
- Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.
- Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.
- May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervise other members of the healthcare team.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS certification as applicable by Facility/by Department.
- Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
- Prefer 1 year of acute care experience but will consider new graduate.
- Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
