We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Trinity Health. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Idaho or multistate RN license required.
- Multistate license must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
- BLS at date of hire.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS within 12 months of hire.
