Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 1 year of experience as a CNC Machine Operator or relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis mill turning machines to produce precision components and assemblies.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain machine tools and perform minor tool offsets to ensure optimal performance.
  • Loading material and performing inspections to meet quality standards.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Troubleshooting processes to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote productivity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
