Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at CONSTRUCTION PARTNERS, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and remodeling trades, with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Carpenter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, laying out, constructing, repairing, and assembling temporary and permanent buildings, additions, partitions, and wood structures and fixtures. They will also be required to read blueprints, perform mathematical calculations, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Carpenter, with a strong background in residential construction and remodeling trades.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to job sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

  • Must be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move or position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be physically able to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, rainfall, and all seasons.
