Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PHP Clinician to join our team at Arbour Counseling Services in Worcester, MA. As a PHP Clinician, you will provide direct services to clients, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. You will also participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and ensure that any treatments delivered are within the scope of your training and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Conduct intakes and handle case and crisis management
  • Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, and community agencies
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related field
  • Prior experience in a higher level of care, such as a psych hospital or residential program
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy, and insight
  • Good time management skills and ability to maintain timely record keeping
