Role Summary
Cabell Huntington Hospital/St. Mary is actively looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Float team in a special full-time capacity.
The Staff RN will play a crucial role in the daily organization, coordination, and oversight of patient care in collaboration with nursing colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
This position is responsible for ensuring the effective utilization of resources, upholding established care standards, and achieving desired patient outcomes within a suitable timeframe.
It is essential to document and justify any deviations based on the unique needs of patients. The RN will also assist in addressing the operational requirements of the Nursing Unit.Qualifications
While prior experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Familiarity with contemporary nursing practices is essential. BLS certification is required.
A graduate from an accredited School of Nursing is necessary.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of West Virginia or possession of a valid compact state nurse license is required.
