We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at our short-term acute care hospital in West Virginia. As a full-time, permanent member of our healthcare community, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the cardiopulmonary department managers, perform automated and manual procedures to test and monitor patients in the treatment and diagnosis of disease.
- Assess patients' respiratory function and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
- Conduct diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests, arterial blood gas analysis, and cardiopulmonary exercise tests.
