Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Speech Pathology Therapist to join our team. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in providing direct patient care in acute care and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, utilizing knowledge of speech pathology treatment and therapeutic procedures.
  • Apply evidence-based practices and adapt techniques to meet individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to scheduling and rounding processes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active Maryland License from the Maryland Board of Speech Language Pathology.
  • Demonstrate competence in speech pathology through education, training, and experience.
  • Maintain unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and clinical certifications as required.

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency for medical records and billing management.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
