About the Role
The City of New York is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Civic Engagement Commission in various budget and operations tasks.
As a key member of the team, you will assist in developing budget and operations materials, including scope of works, contract payment tracking, vendor communications, PowerPoint presentations, and talking points. You will also support the funding of task orders and contracts that support large programmatic spend categories, including TRIE and the citywide participatory budgeting program.
You will work closely with the budget manager and senior program and strategy officer to execute standard operating procedures that support the procurement and budget needs of the agency.

Qualifications
- Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school
- Continuance as a student in a college or graduate school
