Building Custodian Technician

This role involves cleaning and maintaining facilities, ensuring they are clean and well-organized. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients, coworkers, and management.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and maintaining buildings/facilities, including floors, fixtures, and equipment.
- Notifying managers of minor or major repairs or additions needed to building operating systems.
- Establishing effective communication with clients, coworkers, and management.
- Complying with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards established by ABM Industries and regulatory authorities.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
- Customer service experience and similar work experience preferred.
