Key Responsibilities- Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment intervention to members and/or family members.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Conduct initial interviews with members to elicit and interpret the psychological and social meaning of complaints.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address the needs of members.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and prepare reports as needed.
- Provide clinical consultation and guidance to colleagues on family interactions, sociocultural determinants, and community resources.
- Identify and treat a range of developmental stages and utilize various treatment modalities, including individual, group, family, and child therapy.
- Comply with organizational, departmental, state, and federal guidelines, as well as regulatory agency policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Two years of post-graduate mental health therapy experience within the last five years.
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
