Roofing Inspector

We are seeking skilled roof technicians to join our team at Hancock Claims Consultants Technicians. As a roof technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing roof damage, working with insurance carriers and adjusters, and providing high-quality claims support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess roof damage, including steep and high roofs
• Complete inspections in varied weather conditions
• Provide excellent customer service and empathy to insureds
• Work independently as an entrepreneur
• Transport and carry a 32' ladder
• Complete inspection documentation via a Hancock-approved device
• Demonstrate knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams

Requirements:

• Reliable truck or SUV
• HAAG Certification is a plus
• Ability to obtain required certifications or credentials
