Husson University is seeking a qualified Clinical Adjunct - Nursing Clinical Undergraduate to join our team. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that assists students in the integration of knowledge, effective communication, interprofessional collaboration, role, professional values, and praxis in the clinical practice setting.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the fulfillment of program outcomes and educational goals and objectives of the Husson University School of Nursing.
- Provide clinical instruction and supervision to students in the nursing program.
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of the nursing program.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback to students and faculty.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing with current acute care clinical practice experience preferred.
- Current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state where Husson University is located.
- Current clinical experience in applicable care setting.
- Experience in baccalaureate and graduate nursing education settings preferred.
- Normal sitting, standing, and walking throughout the course of a clinical day.
- Lifting and moving patient and or equipment weighing up to 50 lb.
- Periods of computer and telephone usage.
- Requires dexterity and data entry skills.
- Requires familiarity with health care technology.
- Masters Prepared: $933.33 maximum per credit hour
- Doctoral or Equivalent Prepared: $1,016.67 maximum per credit hour
- Graduate Course: Masters Level Prepared: $1,016.67 maximum per credit hour
- Graduate Course: Doctoral or Equivalent Prepared: $1,100.00 maximum per credit hour
- Lab Sections Undergraduate: Masters Prepared: $1,150.00 per credit hour
- Lab Sections Undergraduate: Doctoral or Equivalent Prepared: $1,250.00 per credit hour
